Privacy Policy

Overview

MiniLista is a list management app built to respect your privacy. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. The only information the app holds is the list content you choose to create — your list names and items.

What We Collect

Nothing about you. MiniLista does not collect:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number)
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Location data
• Advertising or tracking identifiers
• Crash reports or diagnostics

MiniLista contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We never see how you use the app.

Your List Content and Where It's Stored

The lists and items you create are yours. Where they live depends on whether you use the free tier or Premium:

• Free tier: all data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It does not leave your device.
• Premium (iCloud Sync): your lists sync across your own devices through Apple's CloudKit, stored in the private database of your personal iCloud account. This data is tied to your Apple ID and is accessible only to you. We — the developer — cannot read, access, or retrieve it. It is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy and never transmitted to us or any third party.

Your app settings (such as your chosen theme and default list style) are stored locally on your device.

Network Connections

MiniLista connects to the network only through Apple's own services, and only for these purposes:

• iCloud (CloudKit) — for Premium users, to sync your lists to your private iCloud account (described above).
• The App Store (StoreKit) — to display Premium pricing, process in-app purchases, and restore previous purchases.

The app makes no other network connections. No data is ever sent to the developer or to any third-party server.

Purchases

Premium is offered as an annual subscription (with a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, see, or store your payment information. The app only learns whether an active entitlement exists, so it can unlock Premium features.

Third-Party Services

MiniLista uses no third-party services, SDKs, analytics, or advertising networks. The only external services involved are Apple's own iCloud and App Store, acting on your behalf as the platform provider — not as third parties we share your data with.

Account

MiniLista does not require or support creating an account with us. Premium iCloud sync uses your existing Apple ID, which is managed entirely by Apple.

Data Deletion

• On device: delete individual lists or items within the app, or remove the app to delete all local data.
• In iCloud (Premium): deleting a list in the app removes it from your iCloud sync. You can also manage or delete app data stored in iCloud from Settings → [your name] → iCloud on your device.

Children's Privacy

MiniLista is rated 4+ and does not collect any personal information from users of any age.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy is updated, the effective date above will be revised.
